I've only used two different FTP services; this one and the one AOL offers. I continuously have problems with AOL but have NEVER had a problem with Ws ftp Professional. I have used this company's product since 1997 and have not had a single problem. I use AOL's and not only is it's operation more cumbersome, but I encounter problems on a regular basis. Ws fto Pro is easy to set up, easy to use, and you get peace of mind.

We have used a version of this product for over ten years. The new version required a free patch for use with Vista and has some changes that required a phone call to the company. All was handled with professionalism and in a very timely fashion. This is one of the easiest programs for web-hosting I have found and am always impressed with the newest versions.
